Under the ambit of GST, healthcare services may refer to any service by way of diagnosis or treatment or care for illness, injury, deformity, abnormality or pregnancy in any recognised system of medicines in India, and includes services by way of transportation of the patient to and from a clinical establishment, but does not include hair transplant or cosmetic or plastic surgery, except when undertaken to restore or to reconstruct anatomy or functions of body affected due to congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, injury or trauma.

Case 2 No

Thanks .. pl also let me know if any medical professional having balance sheet more than 20 lac Rs need to register under GST ??
GST registration not depend on total of balance sheet. If your turnover is above Rs.2000000/- then you will be required to register under GST.

For all medical practitioners also ?? I m asking it as health care is in negative list !!

Yes for all medical practitioners.
If you deal exclusive in exempted services then no need to register under GST.

Whether the services provided by doctors who raise bill to hospitals are under the ambit of gst?

same is also in negative list
sir if I take a service from an hospital for diagnostic to my client (I play an middle man role) whether I have to pay GST for my commission or for entire bill. (ex blood test provided by hospital Rs.100 and my margin is Rs. 25 how I have to bill the client. In what way GST plays a role.
