The queries of Income tax can be answered/solutions by experts in all respects.  Because it is Central Govt Dept. But regarding VAT, it differs from state to state.  Hence you could not get answer/solution.  From Pondi some people only may be members. Your posted question pertaining to C form which belongs to Pondicherry where you practice filing of VAT online.    In KVAT we have option for cancellation of C Form by giving requestion for Local vat officer(LVO).  But there you have to call Local Vat office.
