Group company

Dear All

One of our client is major shareholder in four companies, He want to have the "group companies" registration for his four companies to bring them under one group, but as per as Companies Act  is concern in my knowledge, there is no concept of registration of group companies and it attracts status of group company to each other, because of the common shareholding.
