Green card from csez and gst

I have a 100% EOU with a green card from the CSEZ and also registered under the Export Promotion Council. Will my GST registration be under ‘Normal’ or ‘SEZ’ category? Query put forth as I had registered under SEZ and I get inputs that it should be normal as whoever raises a invoice to me within the same state sees only IGST.

What are the benefits of the ‘Green Card’ obtained from the CSEZ by a 100% EOU unit located in the KIADB land. This is with respect to GST.

If your unit is within SEZ Then only you can claim the status of SEZ Unit. Supplies to SEZ are interstate supplies and also zero rated subject to the execution of LUT with the jurisdictional GST Authorities by the supplier. If you are a SEZ unit and you have a valid LOA, Your status as per GSTN Website is SEZ UNIT. IF YOU ARE A 100% E.O.U , YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE BENEFITS OF SEZ UNIT. Green card is mainly used for transporation of goods if any body is carried out any checks during the movement of goods to establish our identity as an Export oriented unit

So in short all the trouble to get a Green Card from the CSEZ is really not worth it I believe.

Normaly Green card is issued along with the Letter of Approval. Be a green card holder than not to be

I'm glad @ JOJY THOMAS was able to answer your question. I absolutely agree with his answer. The green card gives huge privileges. About five million people enter the drawing annually, and only 55,000 wins. That means that the chance of winning is about 1.1%. However, I decided to try my luck. That's why I applied for a green card at usa-green-card.com for the annual green card lottery. It wasn't easy to win, but I finally got my legal permanent residency in the United States. I feel so lucky and so thankful for the U.S. green card!
