Gratuity act
My company employs senior citizens say more than 58/60 under Direct Payroll and such employees also more than 5 years (say 15 years) in the company. Pl. confirm my company need to pay Gratuity till the age of 58 (or) till retirement (say 68). Pl. give clarity
