Can anybody suggest what was the ceiling limit of Gratuity for Non 2010 PCC exam either it is 3.5L or 10L

It is Rs 3.5 Lakh for Nov 2010 IPCC Exams. The same is mentioned in August 2010 Student Journal of ICAI.
