Dear Sir/Mam,
1. If the Department doesn't have an gst no. like pwd department.. then how to bill.
2. Department deny to give GST then what to do.
3.If the contract is recd prior GST but work completed nad payment Recd in Post GST. Then whats its implications
4. In case of Maternity Ward and other building contract whether itc is available
on material and other things.
Pls resolve it on urgent basis.

You have charged GST in Your bill
Take Written Note in relation to not paid GST
ITC available in Material Consumend for Building for Contactor
point no 3 - GST applicable
Point 3: Bill has to be raise as per GST Law
Point no.1 if dept has not gst no. Then raise B2C bill.
