Hi, recently i got an offer from UK startup company. They are having office in Singapore Australia London. They hired me and saying few months you have to work from India and they will pay directly to my account (need to manage my tax, pension etc) once situation will normal they give me either Singapore and London location will change package as per country. My concern is can UK company directly hire indian? Or what the necessary things should I ask to employer? Is that legal to work like that?

As such they can directly hire you, but knowing the company in & out with their motto for hiring should be verified properly.
