i have gst registartion in delhi. i need transfered goods to inter state noida godown for production finish goods, i generate e way delivery chalan. this delivery chalan is taxble? and any bill requirement? and i have personal commercial vehical transport document no. must mandatory in e way delivery chalan ?

You dont have to provide bill, just provide goods transferred documents

but i think under gst interstate stock transfer is also considered asa supply..better you provide a duplicate copy of the e way bill to the driver..since it is not a sale there will be no problem
