In Vat laws,
my goods are exempt but in gst it is going to taxed @ 5% whether i have to pay rcm first or i can sell goods directly in gst scenario

the tax collect for groundnut in purchase or payable on groundnut seeds in mention to waybill I can confirm
Singdana is taxable @ 5%
in apmc we sales the goods like groundnut through commission sales can collect gst tax or not collect not confirmed
GST also applicable on Commission agent
