I am an IPCC student ...just have given exam in May 2012 and waiting for result....is it good to join the firm now at paid up...and after i clear the IPCC , i will join there as an Article thereafter.....?

If you have not completed ITT and Orientation better complete it first. If you have completed then I suggest you to join in any CA Firm.
