webtel is the best software....
saral tds is a very good software for tds return
i prefer Genius by Sag Infotech... i m personally using it for Income Tax, TDS and Service Tax...

Suggest you can take Demo of all suggested and decide. However we use Saral
Webtel is good software.
Genius from SAG & Saral TDS both are good.
