                  Please use Business and Corporate Laws by [b]M.P.Vijay Kumar.[/b][color=red][/color] :o It is the best book for your PE-II Exam.No other book explains concepts such clearly. It is also the right book to revise at the last stage. :o

The prime source from which we CA students are asked to study is from our institutes Study materials ansd remember no other material can b ecompared with that.
If your level of english is not so good then you can go for [b]Business and Corporate Laws by CA M.P.Vijay Kumar[/b], but if you have to know a little bit more about our CA Pe2 Business and Corporate Laws then you can go for the book [b]Business and Corporate Laws by CA.P.Tulsian[/b] and again in particular if you are so particular about company law then you can go for COMPANY LAW AND PRACTICE by CA . A.K.MAJUMDAR AND G.K.KAPOOR.
Sorry i haven't gone through the book by Mr.G.K.Kapoor alone.

But remember my dear friend please ,please ,and please do have ahabit of taking notes and use it before the exams and also ensure youeself that you read the institutes book for a minimum of 3 times atleast prrior to the exams .
