No an Individual cannoy get into any finance Business on commercial basis, However it is Ok ionly upto personal level or friendly loans with some nominal Interest. Also incase of any default if the matter going to court, the first question coming up in the court will be about the Licence & permiss. Thion for doing Finance Business.
