My GMCS-I is due on august 2013 and 1year back ie in august 2012 i started my articleship,

and as per new rules one needs to complete GMCS-I during first year of articleship.

So, is there any problem if my GMCS is not completed within first year, menas will my final exam which is due on may 2015 be postponed by 6months....??

date of articleship starting 14-08-2012. date of gmcs starting 02-08-2013 as per told my surat branch...

Plz guide me regarding this and whom to contact??

its still a new rule that has been laid down.

I think there will still be a lot of people who would not have finished GMCS 1 even after 1st year of articleship, as many people joining through direct entry and many classes for GMCS first batch started only after Jan 2013.

So institute might extend the due dates for this year or rather they should consider it.

I may not creat problem because you register for GMCS-1 before competing 1 year of your Articleship. then also please confirm your query with Institute. Write latter on E-sahhayata. It will answer your perfectly.
