Gmcs 1
I have registered for articleship in november 2013. I havnt completed my gmcs 1 due to some reasons...l b completing it by feb 2014.. what are the consequences of not completing gmcs 1 within 1st yr of articleship??

At present ICAI has not prescribed any adverse effects for non-completion of GMCS-I within stipulated period.

The extended deadline is about to end on 31.12.2014. After that we may expect an announcement from ICAI regarding consequences or another extension. Till then keep checking the ‘Board of Studies Announcements’ section @ icai.org.
