Can a property once transferred as Gift to a descendent, be transferred further by him/her further to his/her descendents/relatives? Will there be some stamp duty and tax/es required to be paid on Gifting to the descendents?

Transfer of any immovable property requires stamp duty and registration charges to be paid on Gift Deed. It can be gifted any number of times with stamp dury paid as per circle rate and percentage fixed by state authority.
