Dear sir/ mam,

I am a businessmen . I want to know that can i get gift capital money of my father , mother and from my wife . Is their any limit for gift in these above relation they all are tax payers now they want to give money to support me.

Gift from relatives are exempted under Income Tax..

gift from relatives are exempt u/s 56(2)(X) of income tax act, 1962.

so you can get gift from your father and relatives.

and no limit for relatives
