The link mentioned above is from icai.org only. If you go to icai.org, under Members Menu, last item is "Members Records as on date". If you click that link, you are taken to members card page at

Here, if you want to find the details about any member, you have to enter membership number, and date of birth (for security reason). When you click submit here, you are taken to Member Detail page, at https://220.227.161.82/memcard.asp

On this page you can find link to various details about members including articles details:

details about member's association with firms:

and details about member's employment (if he is employed)

(Here you have to replace 012345 with six digit membership number)

Now on the page

you can further find the links to details of article as

replace 123456 with CA's member ship number ... !

now if you want to check ur frnd's details regarding articleship (completion of articleship and information relation to transfer during period of articleship) .. then click on the following link :-

https://220.225.242.179/student_details.asp?SRN=NRO123456

replace NRO123456 with students registration number(NROxxxxxx/CROxxxxxx/WROxxxxxx) !
