Get input on commercial vehicle

If you use the vehicle for transportatation of goods for your business you can take ITC of the same.

You are not eligible to take the ITC. As per Section 17(5), it will be available to the person's who are in the same lines of business.

(A) FURTHER SUPPLY OF SUCH VEHICLES

(B) TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGER

(C) IMPARTING TRAINING ON DRIVING SCHOOL

(2) TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS

HENCE VEHICLE BEING USED IN TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS , ITC CAN BE CLAIM
