we have two company partnership firm now I want one company disclosed. but some problem internal keep balance both company. how to transfer transfer balance one company. can I balance transfer to Capital.

Dear, your question is not clear.
As per your query, i understand tbat you want to transfer cash balance from one to other company. Is it right. Then you can show drawings in one company and in another company you capitalise it.
