I have filed my FY 21-22 in ITR -1 in August with refund but department issued notice to revise the return in sep 22 i have fail to file my retrun before due date now i can file the revised return and can claim Refund now and which form should i file for revised return

Now you cannot file revise return.
If the original return is invalidated, you can file condonation request to file return u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act.
