The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular 34/2012 dated 25.10.2012 made an amendment in Filing of Balance Sheet and Profit and loss Account in XBRL mode for the financial year commencing on or after 01.04.2011. In this circulated it says that the time limit to filie the financial statement in XBRL mode without any additional fee/penality has been extended up to 15.12.2012 or with in 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting of the Company whichever is later.
