Be Sure No Case Laws in the Examination For DT or IDT will from outside of the Case Laws Book released by ICAI for MAY & Nov 2014.
Read the case laws module released by ICAI
Also read Rajkumar Sir k IDT Amendment Module k caselaws..may be thr wud b additional caselaws in tat buk..thats enuf..
but do mug up nomenclature and Gist wordings of the cases..
