Sir, Cement bags sales and delivery through company's own vehicle.In the Invoice whether Goods supply with it's Tax 28% and Service supply (Freight) with its 5% Tax can be billed in one single Invoice?

YES BUT SHOULD BE SHOW HSN OR SAC CODE AND GST RATE CLEAR
If the Cement supplier is not registered as GTA then tax should be charged on the whole amount.
Goods are delivered with Transportation charges. GTA means Goods Transport Agent. This person is not an Transport Agent. He supply his goods with his own vehicle. GST is 28% including the Transport charges
Sir, Kindly quote the relevant ACT and Rules clauses please. I want to raise Invoices under the support of Act and Rules
