hi experts can u explain the how to levy gst on freight and transportation charges...if it's seller and buyers point of view.....no one can't discussion these types issues....

If GTA is transporter then recipient of goods has to pay RCM on freight paid, if it is in excess of 750/ As on date there is no such notification for 12% GST. If it has come to your notice pl let me know the notification no. Whatever has been paid by recipient as RCM on freight ITC will be available.
