I have a question?
If a company already has a free sales certificate from drug dept for all his products but want to issue a free sale certificate for his overseas client for some few products only then in that case can an exporter issue a free sales certificate on his company's letterhead.
Is it allowable or illegal?

As per my view it can not be because,whatever certificate issued by the Drug Authority of India is applicable within the territory of India and not abroad.
i think, it is not transferable
