Franking on share certificates

I need to pay stamp duty on share certificates. The total amount of stamp duty amounts to Rs.13200.

I have earlier paid smaller amounts online at www.gras.mahakosh.gov.in. However, at one place it mentions for amounts upto Rs.5000/-.

So how am I to pay the stamp duty of Rs.13200.

Request someone to please guide the procedure. This is for Maharashtra state.
