Franking done on 103 instead of 102

By mistake i have dgot done franking on fomrm no. 103 instead of 102...what ashould i do now??????? please reply fast.................which copy i should send to institute?????????????

This is not valid you have to change whole form. Or else Call @ Mumbai ICAI. If they allow you then it,s possible. 99% they can't help you..Hope gor the best try!!!

No Remedies Now for u...The only Option is to Buy A New Form...

FILL FRESH FORM AGAIN              

I called icai....one sir told me to cut that piece of franked n stick on 102 n other mam told me that franked on 102/103 both forms is not allowed.....for this forms only stamp papers r allowed...icai does'nt replies properly...even their employees tdont know rules....what should i do...ny other option........i was late to file 107 so they called n said to fill 102/103 with franed n now this mam says that it is not allowed on bth forms

As per the regulations franking shall be done on form 102 or terms and conditions are in the form 102 should be agree by the employer and employee at Rs.100 stamp paper.   So in your case don't worry regarding your mistake.   Now follow the said suggestion by the ICAI Sir, i.e pasting of franked paper.  It may not big issue.

Today i asked my rinciple that we cna do what icai have said....he said me it's not allowed ...we cannot do such..u confirm once.....when i called insti n asked them that yesterday it was said such by one of icai staff so i can do it???? the mam who picked called shouted at me so much...she said u dnt hv ur sense...how is it possibe...it is illegal...when i told that it will save my articleship for 6 months n this method is told by one of person bet u only...shesaid me call the people who knw what to do....how u knw whether that person knws abt rules or not.....i was speechless becoz i have'nt asiked his name :(

i m disturebed...i sent form 107 after completing artc but did'nt got franked...insti sent me letter ....handwritten which was not even properly seend...but i could see words franked....i did franking on 107 n sent xerox atteasted copy by principle.....n on same day wrote on e-sahayata that will it affect my artc if i got franking late../?/? they did'nt replied...this is talk of july end of month......they even replied by ny notice or letter that my artc is not counted i will have to fill 102/103...then in oct they called me seeing e-sahayata query that i need to sent form 102/103..i got form franked on that same day but on 103...even at that time i asked 2-3 staff of icai that on which form franking shld be done..they said 103...i did so...but :( as posted above...it's wrong...n abv that what is more irritating is that at icai no one picks calls...we have to waste time..they eep on hold...n even dnt solve problems properly...they themselves dnt knw rules properly..they are confused n confuse us..........:( now my 6 mnths articleship is to be done again :( .....everyone rejoices but articles suffer.......icai officials really needs to do something..............

Always note down name of People who talked with you and if possible ask his/her post. Avoid phone calls if not urgent, do mails and any other in written. It's requied everywhere.

just approach the bank where you had done your franking .request them to cancel the franking and do it on proper form
