SIR my elder brother have contracted with a pvt co. business is related to beauty parlour at national level. and contracted with them as franchisee. after completation of contract and passing a period of 4 month company not paid share in profit or remuration fixed by n. plz advice me can franchser sue company and how provided me your valuable suggestion.

This is a breach of contract.u have following recources:
1) recind the contract'
2). sue for the breach of contract
3) sue for damages
4) specific performance of the Contract.
ALL DEPENDS THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO WITHOUT LOOKING INTO THEM I CAN NOT ADVICE AS A BLIND SPECULATOR.
