It was east but slightly tricky and ofcourse paper was lengthy. I just could manage 84marks out of which 50marks's solution is above the average and remaining 34marks's solution is just below the average.
I am still doubt on pass...plz icai allow me to pass.....

In ques regarding valuation of goodwill,i hav'nt added gw while calculating capital emplyed,Do i get any marks for that ques or entire marks will be deducted?
