I toh only 70..very lengthy ppr..
Amalagamation was in nature of purchase or merger please suggest

overall paper is easy
its my first attempt i think that it is easy as compare to previous

it was easy but made most difficult by making lengthy...

Last attmpt's was damn easy compare to this
Lengthy + tricky but fair not too difficult. 3 hours total, 30min for each question, 30 min toh solution pura likhne k liye chahye, padhne aur samajhne k liye toh time do yr. Attempted 75 marks but not sure of answers. No use of getting 40, aggregate kaise hoga!
Attempted just 76..... Made a mistake to attempt both amalgamation and holding co. Ques... Which took more than 1.25 hrs..... I should have leave any one que

IMO its in the nature of Merger.
AS were easy but other then that I couldn't find a place to hide :(

ya agreed it was lengthy at the same time all question were familiar including brand valuation...I wish I could do a little more attempted 84 marks...

Did you guys notice..it was half yearly installments instead of annual in many places.. If you try to reproduce previous solutions.. You might skrew the answers.
