Forms under stp approval

Hi,

There is no time limit under which ROC should verify/ scrutiny the forms which are under STP. ROC can issue or ask a clarification whenever it comes to know the error apparant.

There is one exception in respect of Form 1A regarding aplying for the name as per the new Naming Guidelines. As where Professioal put his signatures for approving the name, the form gets approved. But as per new Name guideines, if the name resembles with the already existing one, although its a STP Form but there may be possibilty that the form will not be approved. The form will move to ROC in such cases and will be approved after pproval from ROC.

Can anyone explain me the meaning of "this" guideline?

It says in point (1) that ROC can verify some e-forms anytime.

And in the last line of the guidelines, it says ROC should not keep any form under STP pending for more than 150 Days.
