FORMATION OF LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP

Hi, It will be very difficult to take signature at everytime of every person everytime, 
we want to add partner on a frequent basis and then they will be at different part of the world, then at every moment taking signature of all partner will be very difficult.

Is that possible that we file eform 4 only with the consent of partner who is adding.

As there would change in the interest of the partners it would require their written consent for the same by way of deed.

  I am trying to file LLP Form 14 but when i entered CIN of private company it shows "Enter a CIN having status as converted LLP", what does it mean and how can this slove?

It means MCA has not updated the status of company from which LLP has been converted. Raise a complaint with MCA through the link user compliants & grievances stating your complete details of process done for conversion and the same shall be resolved within two days of the query after which you will be able to file form 14.

Can you help conversion of Private Limited co. to LLP form 2 LLP resubmission of “declaration from the director” pls. prescribed the format.

If you have not filed consent of directors to become designated partners then use format for form 9 for LLPs
