Dear Professionals

Please suggest best option suitable based on the following requirement whether to establish business in INDIA by incorporating new company or establish branch office (branch office for US LLC)

1.Will the amount spent on Indian company/branch office becomes tax exempt in US until Indian company/branch in India starts making money?
2. Can the foreign LLC Need to be able to get employees of Indian company/branch to USA on L1 visa which is called inter company transfer between companies.

first do a great business whatever it is worth... then form companies with that seed idea ..no point in wasting time that is a last opportunity. Always generate wealth and employ people and pay them as also give them complete freedom to work innovatively.. that would give a great beginning instead of thinking like a person who was wasting his time whether ghee is holding the cup or cup is holding the ghee.

profitability anyway possible but more if you do not waste time in just thinking only, that think produces big nothing!
