Notice is hereby given to the General Public that the Company propose to make an application to Central Government (Regional Director) under section 13 of the Companies Act 2013 seeking the confirmation of the alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company in terms of Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 28th December, 2016 Wednesday to enable the Company to change its Registered office from NCT OF DELHI TO STATE OF GUJARAT. Any person whose interest is likely to be affected by the proposed alteration of the Memorandum of Association may within 14 days from the date of publication of notice, deliver or cause to be delivered or send by registered post his / her objections supported by an affidavit in original, stating there in nature of interest and grounds of opposition to the Petition, to the office of REGIONAL DIRECTOR, NORTHERN REGION, B – 2 WING, 2ND FLOOR, PARYAVARAN BHAVAN, CGO COMPLEX, NEW DELHI - 110003. And serve a copy of objection to the Petitioner Company at its registered office address mentioned below.
