I have filled my form online before the last day but can I post it on Monday i.e. 1st without late fee ???

Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online Without Late Fee after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by the member of the Institute/principal : 04th September, 2014
