You can down load it from respctive web sites. www.incometaxindia.gov.in for IT, for RoC www.mca.gov.in

No, I want the form of annual return that is being attached with the Form 20B of ROC which contains every details of director, shareholders and transfer, which we used to fill before the online form come into existing.
