if the director does not have anything to disclose means new startup does we need to file know 1 and pass a resolution for mgt

no MGT 14 required. mbp-1 with one name can be submitted.

Disclosure has to be submitted in form MBP 1 even in case of NIL directorships.
Further disclosure is only required to be noted at the board meeting no resolution is required to be passed there for MGT 14 form is not required to be filed in case of MBP 1.
