INC-8 needs to be printed on Rs.100 stamp paper & notarised. You can confirm the same by contacting ROC office.

Form inc-7 filing with inc-8 & inc-9
INC-8 & INC-9 shall be on the stamp paper of rs.10 each & duly notarised
Pls guide if one company has foreign director as subscriber and he has to file INC-9 as affidavit my question is whether it is necessary to get the INC 9 notarized from that foreign country where the foreign director is situated?
