Form filing time limit
Dear Professional Colleagues,
What are the consequences if a form has not been filed with the ROC even after expiry of 270 days?

according to my opinion form mgt-14 and charge related.forms are under purview of 270 days u can upload other forms beyond period of 300 days

So, does that mean other than additional fee, there are no other penal charges/ punishment attracted as per provisons of Sec 450 of the Act?
See if the form pertains to say directors i.e DIR 11 , DIR 12 can be filed even after 270 days with the additional fees i.e if the fee is 400 then u also have to pay additional fees i.e 400 + 4800 = 5200
