For Indian Resident DIN Holder

(1) Soft copy of Photo
(2) Self Certified PAN Copy
(3) Self Certified Passport Copy
(4) Self Certified Aadhar Copy
(5) Own Mobile number
(6) Own Email ID
(7) DSC of DIN Holder

Incase Address mentioned in Aadhar Card is different from the Address mentioned in DIN, First we have to file Form DIR-6 for updation of DIN details.

While Filing the Form, the Unique Personal Mobile Number and Personal Email ID would have to be mandatory indicated and would be verified by One Time Password (OTP)
