we have a query regarding filing of form ADT 3.Our company has appointed new auditor for FY 2015-16 in AGM of the company instead of previous auditor.Is it necessary to file form ADT-3 for previous auditor?we also filed ADT 1 for new auditor.

Kindly seek professional guidance in this regard.
ADT-3 is required in case of resignation of the previous auditor. The same needs to be filed within 30 days of resigning and the responsibility of filing rests with the outgoing/ resigning auditor and not the company.
