Please tell me the consiquence of delay in filing form -8 foe modification by 15 days??? Will I have to go for condonation??

If delay is just by 15 days you need not go to CLB for condonation of delay to CLB. You will have to file Form 8 with late fees. If the delay exceeds by 60 days from the date of event then you will have to approach CLB for condonation of delay

Please note you dont have to go to CLB but Regional Director is the Authority
