Dear all,
I have a small query regarding, making a dormant company into normalize company, for the same I am required to file form 61. Not only that but in the same for there is a Detailed application is required to be attached in same form. Can I know what details are required to furnish to the department regarding company? Kindly note there in no defunct and neither it is compounding of Offence.
Kindly provide me and earliest reply.
