I m an article (1st year) working in a firm ...
So what this guy ( my boss ) used to do is outsource most of his work regarding ROC forms ...
Now all those forms are my burden and he wants to file everything regarding the forms of ROC may it be Annual filing ( 23 AC & ACA or 20 B ) or may it be forms regarding Form 52 ( liaisoning / branch / prject ) ...
I did manage to get a hold of the annual filing forms with the help of this forum and a few of my friends ...
But now this Form 52 is eating my brains out ...
I need to know every detail regarding how to file this Form 52 ...
my main querries are ...
Firstly from where to get the CIN of foreign holding company ...
Secondly what all other documents are required to be attached with this form ...
