We are online seller for flipkart. A day before, flipkart enforced a law to give form-49 on every order you ship from MP to other states. But as we are not selling to reseller instead we are selling to consumers then will it be still required.
Secondly, Form 49 having a limit of generation from website i.e 5 in a month. We ship approx 50 orders daily then how it is possible to generate,if for instance i thought i have to share it for selling.
Thirdly, Form49 carries a field like dealer name now how customer can be named as dealer? Builty no not applicable. We are dealing in mobile accessories and healthcare.
Suggest us what should be done? Is form 49 applicable for selling to consumer also..?
