Friends, in case of excess claim of depreciation by an assessee being a proprietorship, where to report it in form 3CD??

assessee being a proprietorship depreciation is calculated only on the basis of income tax maam.

There is no excess depreciation column in 3CD
put entire figure of depreciation in single depreciation column provided in form
Reporting under clause 13(d) is required regarding ICDS-V as different depreciation rate that the assessee has applied , I think so.

Yes
you can either write therein or in comments of auditor and specify in report disclosed separately
