Form 32 filing

I have faced this kind of situation last year where date of appointment was incorrect on MCA Portal, but in my case the director was appointed in year 1998 and on MCA it was showing as on 2006. ROC adviced me to file Form DIN 3 with the correct appointment date and my problem was resolved. You may talk to concerned ROC and do the same because according to my perception Form 32 cant be revised.

The appointment is void ab intio. File form 32 with fresh appointment after/same  date of allotment of DIN
