This is the case of Company formed in the year 2002. And they have not filed any returns till date not even Form 32. And the present status is Dormant. I am not sure whether for Company Incorporation in the year 2002, the documents had to be submitted through MCA 21. And one more thing is Form DIN-3 has to be submitted now?

Yes DIN 3 is also to be uploade.

YOu have to first change the status of Company to active then complete the due filing.

You have to normalize company by filling e-Form - 61, n then do all the pending filling.

Consent is required only for a Public Ltd company which requires to be attached with form 32, it is optional in case of a private company.
